Mary’s Place Dublin 7, Ireland, Company number 541389 (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), as owner of the website search.topcinco.es (hereinafter, the "Website"), as Data Controller for the processing of personal data of users browsing the Website (hereinafter, "Users") below provides the Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 (hereinafter, "Regulations" or the "Applicable Regulations").

Users' personal data will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulations for the following processing purposes:

a) Provision of the service, or to allow navigation of the Website by the User.
